Notice three immediate problems. 1: the plastic cap on the bottom of the valve was missing. 2: The O-ring on the top end of the valve spool was broken. This May account for the leaking hydro fluid coming through cover plate. 3- there is a significant Nick on the top of valve spool. does this nick render the valve spool useless.
