December 2015. I own a 2011 Traverse and have been having issues with Stabilitrak/traction control and power loss. Of course the power loss occurs on the freeway at a high rate of speed in heavy traffic. Thanks for almost causing a major wreck and it quickly slowed from 75 MPh to 25mph over 3 lanes of traffic.View attachment 9741. I simply installed the new one. The brake pedal position sensor pivots, so it makes it easy to reinstall. The "Service Stabilitrak/Traction Control Off" light is off, the brake lights no longer stay on, and I am now able to use my cruise control.Installed battery back on. Road Test for 150 miles 3.5 hours. no more problems as of now. Original problem was stabilitrak/traction control on dash with no check engine light or no ABS light. The elusive service traction control & service stabilitrak warning appeared today on my DIC. This time the ABS light was not triggered but it's still too early to tell whether or not it will at some point. After the lights came on, the transmission was shifting hard and shuddering - especially for 3rd and 5th gear. I ran the ABS codes and got C1100-00 and C0045-5A.
