The Benelli barrels will not fit the Franchi, location of the lug/recoil spring and the fact the Benelli barrel will probably set you back $500 makes this unfeasible and unrealistic. It hits where you point it, and “feels right,” out of the box (that’s Franchi marketing speak, but it is true).

The Affinity has an oversized bolt release and bolt handle, while the M2 has Benelli's ComforTech stock that is advertised as helping with recoil. I personally would go with the franchi, both guns will get the job done. But the franchi to me feels like a better fit for me.
