Capture an enderman in the mob imprisonment device and put it in the duplicator. Use another crusher or whatever form of killing mobs to get pearls.

Not sure if there's a save editor for 1.19.2 that you could delete just the mob duplicator and any mobs around it, this is a bit advanced though. Wait for the mob author to fix this bug by giving the animated block a failure condition or something for spawning or give it a default appearance. My current idea is to go dig up the pyramid and build some sort of vanilla mob farm with water pushing them to a central position where I could use a mob crusher to kill them. Also, if your using the mob crusher you have to force push the liquid out someway, like a servo using thermal fluiducts or something, it won’t automatically flow ...
