We have a problem with the slip clutch on the top of the baler. It takes out the bushings and then starts to slip while making a bale. We added an extra zerk to try to lube the bushings better, but still have problem. We are now going to rebuild the shaft as that is wearing down. It has a u bolt type deal that you can move towards the front of the baler. This will decrease the spring tension, will not make as nice of a bale but will help forming a bale.The rolls on the 600 series balers are generally wedged in tight in the sledge frame, but in the BR balers there is more clearance and the follower roll and scraper may fall out when the bolts and roll supports are removed.
