Get a loot frame, a resource drop chance blessing and hop on Ophelia (specifically) or any endless mission on the Kuva Fortress. So nekros and a blessing, on ophelia is there a specific enemy that drops it or just by luck. A drop chance booster would be better but a blessing is easier to get and free. As to enemies, it's a "normal"drop resource. It can drop on Earth Proxima Railjack missions, so you can just do some of those.
