Amazing location next to river and gardens. Hotel is 15 years behind the times and rooms need upgrades. No A/C, industrial fan, no cable TV, wifi only in lobby, $2 dvd rentals. The breakfast was really nice. Never cleaned our room. 2 stars but has potential for 3 or 4 stars with some work.
