Hi all. Need some advise on a CZ Scorpion hanguard setup. From what I understand, the only way to remove the factory handguard is to remove the barrel nut. Which isn't practical since we need to pin & weld comps here. Feb 7, 2019 · Conclusion. The CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 ($950) is an awesome rifle. It’s well made, easy to control, and has looks to die for. CZ is excellent at listening to their customers and they produce firearms the cult of CZ wants. The Scorpion is a great gun, with only a few minor flaws.

Magpul and CZ are the best by far. I prefer magpul because they're cheaper and hold 5 additional rounds over the CZ. Magpuls and CZ windowed. My Manticore mags were also garbage. Got them replaced and the new ones were garbage too. Now I only use factory CZ mags and the Palmetto AKV/scorpion mags. No issues with those.
