About 6 months ago, while cleaning, it started its decline and ultimately became inoperable. Delta sent 2 sets of parts but the more I tinkered with the worse it got.1. Install the Shower Head. 2. Install Hand Shower. Make sure to turn off water supply before installing the Shower Head. Remove existing Shower Head from Shower Arm. Apply plumber tape to Shower Arm, if necessary, to ensure leak free connection. Hand tighten the Ball Connector of the Shower Head to the Shower Arm. 3.Remove Shower Handle. To gain access to the shower temperature regulator, you first need to remove the shower handle. Examine the handle for visible screws. If you can't find any, they're most likely under a cap on the handle. Remove the cap and unscrew the handle from the trim plate. You may need to shimmy the handle off; then set the handle ...Rotate to Make the Proper Adjustments. Pull off the disk (if it comes off), rotate it in the proper direction and replace it.
