Imo, yes. The primary strength of Eleonora's is the weapon art (if you can call it a strength at all, it's kind of clunky), so there isn't a lot of benefit to running a second. I also generally think double twin blades is kind of a meme anyway, but if you wanted to use it, a different twinblade with seppuku would be much stronger.

I basically played the entire game by dual wielding eleonora's poleblade and seppukku godskin peeler. It was pretty fun, and very effective, though it does get less effective when the enemy doesn't bleed. It kicks butt. Lottsa fun. The special move, when used correctly, can absolutely devastate anything that bleeds.Yeah I'm currently dual wielding twinblades. Eleonora's+9 and my TB+20.
