I went into the systems folder from there ps2 folder then into the bios and assumed those were the bios i needed to move onto the emudeck bios but without a folder just the files and it worked. I reinstalled Emudeck, so I assume that I now have the latest and CEMU is updated to 2.0. Originally, I had an Emudeck Tool Updater (or similar) link on my desktop that ran a shell script that updated everything. I ran it daily. Something I did deleted that link. Now it seems that the update is a graphical reinstall that takes longer.

The problem was that I didn't have EmulationStationDE installed through EmuDeck so the appimage was missing for SteamRomManager to parse.
