Well, I discovered the cause after half an hour of troubleshooting. Apparently the variable fDefaultFoV= controls the distance of the power armor UI display. I had it mirroring my main FoVs (1st/3rd person), which was 100. Removing it from my Fallout4.ini caused the HUD to scale properly with this fix.While your file downloads, open Steam. Right-click on your Fallout 4 in your Steam Library then select manage...>browse local files. Open a second instance of your file explorer and locate your Windows Download folder. Extract the newly downloaded mod from the download folder to the Fallout 4 Local Files where Fallout 4.exe is located.
