Some males *do* have the option to tattoo on facial markings that others get naturally. Male Seeker M face 3 only naturally has the markings under the eye next to the nose, and can tattoo on the markings on the outer eye that 2 and 4 have naturally. And some males can tattoo on the cheek stripes that most female miqo'te have.
