Fidium falsely advertises their 1Gbps speed by only delivering that speed within their own network, aka, to their own speed test server. Downloading from pretty much any other server or service on the internet will yield speeds of 1/2 or less of their advertised speed. I've never had issues like this with AT&T, Xfinity, or Spectrum.

It’s down for me too. Not down for me…. I'm in South Natomas, and we've been watching Netflix since about 3:00 or so with no issues. Still better than Comcast. Is anyone on Fidium losing internet connection a few hours ago? I tried resetting both modem and router but am still out of luck.
