Bigger. Im a size 6 and wear a small in the trousers and XS in the tops. I feel that they run large, as the majority of scrubs do. I wear an xs in figs, Cherokee, barco, greys etc. For reference I’m a size 6 pants, 5 foot 10, 140 pounds. I think they’re true to size.
