Absolutely horrible. Absolutely horrible. Order flowers for delivery 24 hours in advance. Waited all day for them to get delivered. Got a call at 5pm that it would cost an additional $100 to deliver the flowers. Customer service says "sorry". Date of experience: December 12, 2023.
