I have tried the soft reset ( power button and forward scan) to no avail. If I shut it down and let it sit for a few minutes it will work again. It happens about 5-6 times per year. Master Reset: Version 1. Using the driver’s phone, go to the setting menu and select Bluetooth. After that, select “Sync” to delete it.
