Good question. They shouldn't respawn. The crystals aren't the type of material that regrows. Plants obviously spawn from the ground and can regrow but crystal and those green blobs on swamp trees do not regrow. Since golems respawn I doubt Irongate will make the crystals respawn in caves. Fenris claw can only be found in frost caves in the Mountain biome. Fenris claws are not dropped by enemies in frost caves, but instead are found atop mysterious pedestals located within the dungeons.
