From my experience growing up in a Reform synagogue, they only said the beginning part. r/reformjews. At the reform temple I went to they would sing the first two blessings in a traditional tune, and then the rest of the blessings (kedusha, m'kadeish hashabbat, r'tzei, modim, and shalom) were done with spoken devotionals or contemporary music.
