It was enough to hinder my ability to get through the day comfortably. I met with Brandon Kennedy at The Good Feet Store on Breckenridge Lane. He spent an hour with me zoning in on my problems. He fitted me with my personalized 3-step system yesterday.Stay away, unless you are willing throw your money away. Just like the previous reviews already stated, don't go their store. The inserts are over price, and non-refundable. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275. 1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert.

My wife's foot pain has largely gone away as a result of using the Good Feet Store inserts, however, the costs associated with the inserts (~$500 per pair) and with the thin shoe liners (~$23/pair, which you can get at Walmart for $3.25/pair) was exorbitant and feels like price-gouging to us.
