Yes bowfa is really good and used at a lot more places. You can use it at zulrah to range only, muspah for range only, it’s good at cox and TOA if you wanna start learning raids. You can do gwd like Sara and bandos maybe even some nex masses. Dhcb is really only used vorkath and maybe cox if you have some other maxed gear.Also tossing it in a calc range pt + 85 range bowfa with anguish is 4.425 while swamp with a 5 way ahrims, fury, imbued cape, torm bracelet is 4.675. Bowfa would be amazing for other things though, just will likely take me much longer. I have ~370 Zulrah kills and average about 1 min 45 second kills. Have gotten magic fang and serp helm already, just looking for the blowpipe. Seems like this is likely the quickest route to a good weapon to kill hydra with.

At ToA a Bowfa will carry you through Zebak, Baba, and Wardens with ease in a 150. You can probably push into the 250-300 range before you start to feel the lack of Fang. Bowfa feels like it starts to fall off at Wardens P3 around ~350 ish.Even if you get the blowpipe/serp/fang drop, you can't use it since it requires heavy scale upkeep, which requires more zulrah kills. It's a lot better to just get 87 slayer first, hell, even 93 slayer for occult before grinding zulrah. thing with zulrah is, you'll neverb e finished with that boss because of the scale-upkeep.
