Posted November 3, 2018. I REALLY enjoyed stepping up to the stage 2 Super H spring of 1968, May 8th If I remember correctly. Lots faster and more powerful than the '39 H it replaced. Supers up through 350 used the bigger carb. ive seen after market manifolds with elongated holes so either will bolt up.Loosen the four clamp bolts (2 inside, 2 outside) on the wheel. Squirt some lubricant (Liquid Wrench or your favorite penetrating oil) all around on the axle. If the axle is a little rusty, a bit of sanding will make your task easier. A strong running Super C will out-pull an H, Super H or even a Super M with broken rings, burned valves, spun bearings, chipped transmission gears, etc. So consider that unless you're looking for a project.
