March 13. There is a known issue with our cDVR causing intermittent recording and playback failure, but if you haven't been able to use it at all there must be something else going on. I was able to locate your account with your community registration and I do see your Xumos reporting bitrate drops which could cause problems.I personally use the home DVRs independently combined with Spectrum TV app access on a Samsung TV, iPhone and Roku. The cloud DVR can be accessed on any of the streaming devices and I plan to switch to Xumo once the DVRs need to be replaced.
