Rotating the tires doesn’t matter to the TPMS, the system just needs to find the same 4 sensors to work. At least that’s my understanding of how the Subaru TPMS works. Check your car owner’s manual. Put the key in the ignition and turn on the battery but don’t start the car. Push the reset button for about 3 seconds or until the system’s light starts blinking. Month ago I got blinking TPMS light. After troubleshooting found out TPMS/RKE module was bad. I opened the module. it was visible that water went inside. So fast forward I got new module. installed it. All other codes, I was able to reset with Xtool A-30M but I am still getting C2121, C2122, C2123, C2124 codes. Air in the all 4 tires are 32 psi.
