I work at Kroger and I agree with the OP. Don't get why people are taking it personally. It's mostly a matter of lack of competent leadership and corporate not caring. We also have a very high turnover rate and an underpaid, overworked workforce. But people here tend to shop at Kroger because it's the main supermarket here.
