B7800 HST. Seems it does come off by simply pulling the pins and unfolding the legs to set it on. Pretty easy now that I know how to do it. So I pulled the loader and all hydraulics off the parts tractor and reinstalled them on to the working tractor. Everything works as good as new.

The KL5510 loader is rated at 2660lbs at the pins. The sheets are 4x8 so the load averages 2 feet beyond the pins. I was able to lift 44 sheets estimated between 1760 + forks (425) = 2185lbs and 1975lbs + forks = 2400lbs. I could not curl that load.

You have pressure but the return path to tank is blocked. That can be tested by disconnecting the rod end (return) hose (70/30) and put it in a bucket. If the loader will raise with the hose disconnected you have identified the problem. If #2 is eliminated then perhaps the loader frame is mechanically jammed.
