I have went to about 35-40 c&p exams. The only company that on every one I went in VA favor was LHI. They rush, nurse saw me for 5 minutes and asked me about 5 questions. Supposedly used that to fill out an 8 page report. They have no morals. They are only in it for the money. An ACE exam is an Acceptable Clinic Evidence exam, sometimes called a records review. If you already had all your C&P exams it's probable that the VA had some issue with one or more of them and sent them back for further development / clarification. I've personally seen it happen when the examiner didn't clearly opine on service connection.

I recently had 2 exams set up through a 3rd part and they wanted me to drive 1 hour for one, and 2 hours for the other.
