Lml duramax crank no start.

Hey guys, just changed my fuel filter Saturday and it ran fine up until yesterday morning. Snugged the filter and primed. It felt like I over tightened and stripped the plastic priming screw. Replaced it tonight, primed and bled it 6 times until no more air. Any ideas or suggestions before pulling the wheel well and filter again?I have a 2011 LML Duramax with a crank no start problem. When the truck is cold starts no problems most of the time, sometimes I have to prime it to get it started and when driven it runs like a monster like it did when I first bought it. I am having the same issue, but I did not remove my ECM. I can crank the engine I will get 145psi to 1400psi of fuel pressure. My snap on scanner is saying desired fuel pressure is 4350psi with key on, not cranking. I have been working on this truck fir two weeks now.
