The stock is really nice and the accuracy is outstanding. I have two Bergara B14 HMR Wilderness Rifles in 6.5 PRC and 300 PRC . The factory stocks are nice but I have to give the nod to the KRG Bravo if I had to choose between the two stocks. The Bravo stock just fits me a little better. The factory Ruger American 450 bushmaster magazine works for my Ruger American predator in 6.5cm (which uses the 308 multi caliber magazine). It's only a 3 round capacity but seems much more reliable then the stock magazine.

The same process will allow an X-ray T3 to take the TRG/CTR mag as for the Bravo (cut magwell/use TRG mag catch). The front halves of the two chassis are the same at this point though that was not the case for early Bravo's. The current differences between X-ray and Bravo are: -X-ray has different grip size options.

Fast forward to today > swapped my KRG bravo for a MDT ACC (on blem sale for $600). I was more than happy about the change. That being said i have nothing bad to say about the Bravo, they are in 2 different classes feature wise. Still run a Bravo on a few setups.

I have narrowed my choices down to either the KRG Bravo or the MDT XRS. The only chassis I have ever owned was an Oryx. I know that I don't want to go that route again. As far as ergonomics go, they appear to be pretty close.The Bravo (conversely) seems to fill the hand/shoulder, but without all the weight of some chassis systems. As though the current stock designs weren’t enough, there are also hybrid stocks like the KRG Bravo, MDT XRS, Magpul Hunter, and recently released MDT HNT26 stocks which set a partial chassis and into a synthetic stock. Some are designed for hunting and competition; the MDT is designed specially to be a lightweight hunting stock.Grand Junction, CO.
