Pointer shotgun review.

Oct 21, 2015 · I posted a few weeks ago that I won a 12 ga Legacy pointer O/U in a raffle at a clay shoot. This is the same gun as the Mossberg Silver Reserve II made by Arthemis/Khan in Turkey. Takes the Beretta Mobil choke tubes. I'm going to shoot it today at the local 5-stand and see if, 1. it fires, 2. it doesn't break, and 3. what it actually shoots like. All the reviews I've researched on the Legacy pointer shotguns have been BAD. Go with the Tristar G2 or Weatherby sa-08. Reviews on these gun have been good. At this year’s SHOT Show, Legacy Sports International’s 28-gauge Pointer Phenoma semi-auto really caught my eye. It's based on the Browning principle, laser engraved, nice wood, SST and 5 chokes. 7.5 lb with 28" 12 ga barrels. It looked like very well made for it's price.
