Weapon would be better than squirts, main stats and base damage, but for Tal Rasha I think that general consensus is actually Halo ring. The damage reduction stat on that is crucial and getting a max roll on it it worth a lot. It's Grand Vizier until you find a great ancient version of it and then halo of karini.
