Pins G, D, J are +5 VDC with reference to E, B, A. ( G to E, D to B, J to A) If those are good, check the connector connection to the ECM. Smoke means your either getting to much fuel or not enough air. So with that being said I would start easy and see if you have a boost leak. Be sure you hot a clean air filter, and fuel filter.
