First couple, the primer hit didn't seem too bad. But had 3 today. Looked at a primer and found an off-center primer hit. Right on the edge. Thought about that and the fact the slide is sluggish ... Mar 2, 2020 · The 43, 43X and 48 have interchangeable slides / frames. That should not be a problem. There are a few reports similar to your issue. Shield started adding +10% springs in the mags to address a loading issue. I'm not sure how to tell which spring is installed, if one doesn't have both to compare, the +10% is longer.

43x Problems I just bought a 43x and with less than 30 rounds put through it, it struggles to extract the casing. I had 2 instances where the extractor would hold the casing and the only way it would come out is by forcing it out.

I had problems with my 43X when I first got it. I sent it back to Glock and it's been perfect since then. Email Glock. They'll send you a PDF to fill out. You email it back to them, then they'll send you a pre-paid shipping label for FedEx. It took exactly two weeks to get mine back. They damn near replaced every part on mine.

Looking for anyone else who has had magazines for the 43x, failures to feed. I've had the gun since March, and have put 300 rounds through it, with three different magazines. Today was the second "fail to feed." It didn't jam, but when I tried to fire it, it was like dry firing.Lights, yes, expensive, both surefire and streamlight have the subcompact lights for the 43x MOS, the surefire is 350 lumens and price is around $350 dollars and is available now, however, the streamlight is 500 lumens and price is around $125 give or take, I'm not sure if the streamlight has yet been released yet.

I'm using a Tulster kydex holster, but this long grip really prints on me when wearing any type of shirt. I'm thinking I may need to go back to my Springfield XDS Mod2 or Shield 2.0.
