The 300 pg doc is used to establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Doing UWorld problems is a more valuable use of your time if you've already reviewed a decent amount of p/s. Just read the 86 pg doc. You can go through it in a day (provided its not your primary studying material and it's just review).

I took the Kaplan HL diagnostic and got a 497 (125/123/126/123). My plan has been to a chapter a day of Kaplan (a different subject each day, so essentially a chapter of everything per week) while taking good notes and using the 300 page P/S doc.
