We are limited to one a week, max twenty a year, and it renews at the fiscal year (Oct 1). You can continue to use Lyra for 18 months after you quit, too. My therapist is incredible. She is not associated with Starbucks, she just takes Lyra as a provider (just like any therapist chooses what providers they work with).
