The pog will track better, but sound kind of synth-y, the boss didn’t track well at all imo and the MXR have decent tracking and sound very natural and analog. JRC4558: works only at fast rates, but gives a good max effect depth. MC1458: works over the whole rate range, but effect depth is less intense and also introduces ticking. TL062: same as MC1458 but a bit less ticking and slightly less depth. TL072: same as JRC4558 plus ticking. Tuner pedal are one of those things you’ll only need to buy once if you do it right so might as well do it right the first time.
