Me and my friend had went to the secret military base and there was nothing at all. 1 zombie and no loot just the basic old stuff you would find at a house or city. The reason for this secret military base was probably that military accessories used to only spawn there (clothes, backpacks, etc.).It has a storage shed, a gardening shed, and enough kitchen storage space to make setting it up as a base very easy (most gear is either kitchen, gardening, hardware, or weapons). If you mean specifically the large backpack, survivor houses will usually have a zombie wearing one locked in one of the rooms. This is the best way to get it, since there's usually a few in any given town as opposed to driving out to some overrun military location or waiting until survivor zombies start spawning out in the open. 2.
