Typically, domestically produced “mil spec” ammo is going to be best for flash suppression. Most 5.56 spec ammo has flash retardant in the powder. Lake City 5.56 is pretty good, Winchester Q131 is about as good, and most specialty defense ammo like TAP and Black Hills are very good as well.
