I cannot speak for the entire beach, but the parts where we go is gorgeous. Right under the Lesner Bridge there is a spot where there's plenty shade, free parking, and gentle waters. We also do some grabbing here and it's the perfect spot! It seems to be a secret and only the locals know about it because it's just so quiet.
