It also has slightly better build quality than the P365 and has a trigger safety (like the Glock) making the Hellcat theoretically more “drop safe”.

The hellcat is too small and has an ugly sight picture, definitely 365xl. I prefer the hellcat rdp. I don't like the "rubber mallet hitting wood" SIG triggers and the hellcat fits my hand better as the 365 is a little thin for my liking. RDP comes with a comp and a dot, I'd go with that one personally.

The 365xl has Less rounds as well.All 3 guns are very close in size. To me Glock has the best felt recoil and grip while having the worst accuracy. Sig has the best accuracy, ok recoil and worst grip. Meanwhile the Hellcat has absolutely worst recoil, accuracy closer to the Sig than the Glock and a grip shape similar to the Glock as well as having the best mag capacity.The Hellcat's grip is slightly thicker, some might prefer, some not. I like 'em both but the Sig just seems to fit me (medium hands) slightly better. The longer XL grip frame with flared mag well is a plus, but with the 13 round mag the Hellcat also fits fine. The XL has the better “feeling” trigger because it’s flat and breaks at a near perfect 90 degree angle with a flat shoe. Then comparing the 365 XL’s trigger to the Hellcat’s trigger, it gets a bit tougher because the Hellcat has a trigger blade safety.
