I get a misfire every 4th or 5th round or random. I sent it back to sig twice. they replaced trigger mechanism and trigger bar and its still having same issue.

P365 - Reassembly problem. Upon returning from the range today and cleaning my P365, I was reassembling when the slide became stuck. Yes, - I did have the take down lever pushed forward. As I was putting the slide on the receiver, it was back far enough to be flush with the front and back of the receiver as if it were normally on.No problem with the "plunk test," the rounds drop right in. I fired 150 rounds of the suspect ammo--75 in the P365 and 75 in the Glock 43. There were 4 FTF in the P365 and no FTF in the Glock. After that I fired 25 rounds of 365 JHP and 50 rounds of 365 FMJ from a different lot in the P365 with no failures.I tried the same experiment with the 9mm P365 XL (that’s the long slide version). It cycled just fine, using everyday 147-grain range ammo. I have also tried it with the Beretta 80X Cheetah using the same PMC ammo I had in the .380 Sig. Again, no problems.
