Was my first time to The Horn two weeks ago, fresh out of Covid Lockup lol. Not many options to chose from as Depoe bay was just beginning to open up but the Horn looked busy and was our first choice. Entered to be given then option of 1st or second floor seating, but of course second floor has the view so that's the route we took.
