Aug 8, 2023 · Hey all, I got a 92 7.3 with a zf5, and am working on my father’s 96 7.3 that has a swapped S 5-42 ZF5 from 1989 (auto from the factory). It has always had a way shorter range of motion, as well as when the master cylinder pushrod is all the way out and the clutch is in its resting position, the pedal is way lower than the brake, doesn’t seem to ever go all the way back out vs the clutch ...
