It's a bit harder to do if you've never really used the editor, but really, it's the matter of simply choosing a beatmap, opening the "File" dropdown menu at the top left of the window, and then clicking "Export Package." After that, the "Exports" window containing your .osz will pop up.

I think you move the contents from one song folder into the other, rename the audio file and edit the .osu file, changing audio.mp3 after [AudioFilename] to whatever you renamed the song.Download and install a fresh copy of osu!, then paste the song folder into the fresh game directory.
