I've been using sodium as a coolant, and it takes really long to produce. Fill it with sodium and put it on a low burning rate (for example 1) then start rising the burning rate slowly til you find a good sweet spot. Break all the blocks and rebuild it.Looking for an answer like "it can run at a lower temperature for the same burn rate with sodium" or "sodium-based reactors can generate more steam overall = more power in turbine", etc. Each type of coolant can only effectively cool to a certain degree, no matter how much of it you have. The point where sodium can no longer cool any more is ... A bigger bigger reactor does generate more power. A maxed powah reactor is easier to run overall imho. So after a bit of testing of the maxed out powah reactor. It's generating around 500k FE which is really decent for the amount of fuel it needs. It's really low ( tbh not using to much of it.
