Ive had a similar problem in a chevy. In my instance the shifter actually jumped out of the grooves between the shift forks. P0882 and truck stuck in 4th means you are not getting 12V power from the Trans Relay (in the Totally Integrated Power Module [TIPM]) to the trans.
