The reason I ask is that you can't apply for the HOV-access sticker in California until you have your DMV-issued registration and your plates. So, I'm just hoping that the delay between getting the car and getting those stickers is as brief as possible. If Tesla has somehow shortened the registration side of things, then that would be grand.
