I have multiple stores added to my Tinfoil setup (which I mostly use for updating my installed titles, but all of this should still apply for you). I keep only one enabled at a time, restarting Tinfoil between switching stores so it can update. Occasionally they'll have different games so it's nice to be able to swap between them.

I'm trying to install HBG shop on SX OS but am not having luck. I have the folders like this: SD>switch>tinfoil. Inside the tinfoil folder is everything that is supposed to be to get HBG working. The common issues that prevent Tinfoil from working are that the system clock isn't synchronized, and/or you're missing sigpatches. If it's the latter, you'll need to find the sigpatches file online.
